Rates
$125 per 50-minute session

Insurance
I do not accept insurance as payment for services. If you wish to be reimbursed for your therapy sessions by your insurance company I will provide you with Super Bill which you may submit to your insurance company as a request for reimbursement.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and based on your annual income and number of dependents.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 12 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
